**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated **freshers** for Sales Executives to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in the real estate industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and conducting site visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about properties to clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Assist clients in the negotiation process to ensure a favourable outcome for both parties.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and attracting potential buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to keep them informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices and procedures is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
