_As a Sales Executive in the redevelopment sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development initiatives for redevelopment projects. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our redevelopment services to property owners, developers, and investors. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and expansion in the redevelopment market._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the redevelopment sector, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the redevelopment industry.
- Understand clients' goals and requirements for redevelopment projects and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of redevelopment services to prospective clients.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and project plans in response to client inquiries.

**Project Coordination and Support**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations departments to facilitate smooth project transitions and handovers.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

**Work Environment**:

- Dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
- Travel within the designated sales territory may be required.
