Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development and Expansion**:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth and expansion.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Lead and oversee field and in-house sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
**Marketing Promotion Initiatives**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Drive brand awareness and visibility through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, events, and sponsorships.
Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration with partners and third-party vendors.
**Market Analysis and Insights**:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
**Team Leadership and Development**:
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance excellence.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing organization.
**Qualifications**:
Masters's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing management in a similar role.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving business growth and expansion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
Ability to travel extensively across India, with a flexible schedule to accommodate field sales activities.
