**Retail Sales Assistant**

A retail sales assistant is responsible for **assisting customers and ensuring the smooth transaction of goods in a retail setting** Their duties include:

- Welcoming customers
- Determining their needs
- Handling payments and returns
- Replenishing stock as needed
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards

- Oversee the tagging of products to ensure correct prices are reflected
- Provide customers with after sales services and warranty agreements

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements and skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Excellent Communication Skills age limit 30 to 35 preferably female graduate only Exp 3 to 5 years**
