As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clientele. You will work closely with various departments to address customer needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather feedback and proactively address customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product features and enhancements.
- Document interactions accurately and generate reports for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
**Qualification**: B.Tech/B.E./B.C.A - Computers; M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, BBA/MBA/PGDM - Finance, Information Technology
**Experience**: 0-3 Year
**Annual CTC**: 1.50 LPA - 2.50 LPA.
