**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for the US Audit and US Taxation position at Confidential. As a member of our US Tax and Audit team, you will work on a range of US tax and audit compliance engagements for our clients. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and auditing financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and US tax laws, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data, and evaluating and improving internal control systems.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in US Audit and/or Taxation Compliance
- Understanding of US GAAP and US tax laws
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and auditing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Strong knowledge of US tax compliance, including federal and state tax returns and tax provisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
