We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Finance Taxation Executive (CA Inter) to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore. As a Junior-level role, the ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in financial reporting, accounting principles, tax compliance, and other related areas. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Notice Period: Immediate / 1 month

Candidate Location: Kerala / Tamilnadu. (Preferred Kerala)

Working Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days of working & Alternate 2 Saturdays will be week off.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to prepare and present accurate financial reports.
  • Accounting Principles (Mandatory skill): Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Tax Compliance: Experience in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Tax Planning: Proficiency in developing strategies for effective tax planning and management.
  • Auditing: Experience in conducting internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure adherence.
  • Financial Analysis: Competence in analyzing financial data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Budgeting: Ability to assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain and enforce tax compliance processes, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Provide support in tax planning initiatives to optimize the companys tax positions.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure financial records are accurate and comply with regulations.
  • Support external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and contribute to the implementation of compliance processes.
  • Perform financial analyses and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, providing variance analysis as needed.
