**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a US Accounting - Bookkeeping professional, your key responsibilities will include:

- Performing full charge bookkeeping, including bank and credit card reconciliations, stock investment reconciliations, and accrual and cash basis bookkeeping.
- Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, processing all types of journal entries, and managing payroll check writing and payroll tax returns.
- Preparing annual W-2s and 1099s, reconciling in-house prepared payroll and payroll company records, and managing annual business licenses and tip reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of trial balance and work papers for accountants, utilizing Excel and Word, and working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in restaurant accounting and familiarity with R365 platform is considered advantageous.
- Participating in end-of-month close procedures and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
- Demonstrating a strong ability to learn new software programs quickly and adapt to changing technologies in the accounting field.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting is essential.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, payroll tax returns, and financial statement preparation.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
