**Job Title: Sr Accounts Executive**

**Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift)**
**Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)**

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

"Job Responsibilities:
He will be responsible for daily accounting work like billing, purchase entry, and data entry
- **He will be responsible for the management of our Google Sheets, and you will work on Internal accounting software.**
- Prepare accounting entries and reconcile Vendor/Consultant Ledgers
- Follow Company Cyclical Accounting Processes
- Provide detailed analysis and explanation of transactions?
- Work on Company Accounts Payable functions
- Vendor Invoice Payment, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Facilitate all statutory audits for the company?
- Take on additional tasks or projects to?learn?more about accounting and office operations Required skills sets:

- Bachelors or master's in accounting or Finance.
- Experience with accounting software Quick Books,
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.?
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, honesty, and responsibility.?
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.?
- Minimum 2+ years of Experience
- Willing to working in US Shift Timing with long term commitment."

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
