- Job Purpose:
The Franchise Relationship Executive will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationship with franchisees, ensuring consistent brand standards, and providing operational support to optimize franchise performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Support & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees.
- Address franchisee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organize and conduct regular check-in meetings with franchisees.
Operational Guidance:
- Provide franchisees with operational guidance and best practices to ensure brand consistency and service excellence.
- Assist franchisees with the onboarding process, including training and setup.
Compliance & Standards:
- Monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Address any deviations from standards, providing corrective action plans as necessary.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze franchise performance metrics and provide feedback to franchisees.
- Generate regular reports on franchise performance for senior management.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for franchisees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Keep franchisees updated on new company products, services, and initiatives.
Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate and resolve any conflicts or disputes between the company and franchisees, ensuring a harmonious working relationship.
Feedback Loop:
- Gather feedback from franchisees on company support, products, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on franchisee feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in franchise management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and industry best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and franchise management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
