**Role Overview**: The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to close sales effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients within specified industries.
- Conduct market research to generate leads and understand competitive dynamics.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding existing client portfolios.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Present BSN Mart’s products and services in a compelling manner, addressing customer pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, feedback, and concerns.
- Provide clients with insights and updates on new products, trends, and offers.
- **Account Management**:

- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent BSN Mart.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in [relevant industry].
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
