**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Sous Chef (Area Chef) at Potful, located in Bengaluru. As an area chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all kitchens in the city, including food preparation, implementing SOP standards, hiring and training of kitchen staff etc. You will also be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**
- Culinary skills, including food preparation - Indian cuisine including Biryanis and Kebabs.
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is a plus

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
