**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with IT terminology, technologies, and job roles.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
