**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for IT positions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and a strong team player.
