**What are we Looking for**
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Setting up calls/chats with potential customers and listening to their wishes and concerns & pitch for sale.
- Helping potential customers with purchase related queries and issues and meeting monthly sales targets through inbound leads.
- Providing demonstration and complete knowledge of product online through chat, online and offline mediums.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Providing information to customers.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
- Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Take ownership of online & offline customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Monitoring customers sales performance.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Updating customer details
- Guiding through the complete (PROGRAMME)
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
**Skills Required for the Job**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Makeup enthusiast
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Deals with queries efficiently and effectively.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship buildings kills
- Networking aptitude
- Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Zoho, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce etc.)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
