**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive with Sales Experience

As a Customer Care Executive with Sales Experience, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers while actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on issues to ensure resolution.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges professionally, adhering to company policies.
- Document customer interactions and track any service issues to provide insights for improvement.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring a smooth transition from support to sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist in promoting special offers, discounts, and promotions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gauge satisfaction and promote additional services.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate teams to improve product and service offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of company products and services to effectively support and sell to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on sales strategies and customer support improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and stay informed on company updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
