- **Job description/responsibilities**_
- Create Project placement Plan and Reporting Framework for the project as per project agreement.
- Conduct Company Visits, meeting with potential employers etc. to plan and delivery of key company engagement and skill development Interventions. (At least 10 days) per month.
- Support Project Manager (PM) to prepare their monthly plans as per MOU and support them for implementation of placement plan.
- Create placement plan for team and providing technical and operational support to the project for placement planning, on-the job capacity building, monitoring and review students.
- Lead and manage the team to effectively to deliver the planned actions and achieve the desired outcomes of the Project.
- Manage professional relationships with Key Project stakeholders and Government Officials.
- Maintain regular contacts with companies regarding the opportunities available in the company.
- Support team to enhance their knowledge and to plan and conduct meetings with key stakeholders at village and cluster level.
- Run regular data and insight driven review meetings to ensure planned actions are completed, issues are resolved and learnings and best practice is shared.
- Participate in district / state or any other relevant meetings as per the need of the organization**.**:

- Maintain comprehensive information on the Project in the project placement framework.
- Document all the minutes of meeting.
- Community champions of change.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on successes, challenges, suggestions and recommendations and share with Head office team on regular basis.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Post-Graduation/ Graduation in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling social development projects, preferably skill development project and in GDA Domain

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
