Field Sales Representative

**Job Brief**
**Job Location - Navi Mumbai **(Aeroli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Vashi, Turbhe, Kopar Khairane, Kharghar, Panvel, Taloja, Belapur)
**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to leads in line with salarybox guidelines and communicate organisation’s value proposition to prospects
- Pitch, followup and close leads with discipline regularly
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback.
**Qualifications**
- Graduation is compulsory.
- Minimum 1 year of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
