Dynamic and enthusiastic Calling Agent to join our team at LTP Kids wear located in Gandhi Nagar. As a Calling Agent, you will play a vital role in our customer relations department, interacting with clients and potential customers to promote our brand and products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce our kids wear products and services.

2. Provide information about our products, promotions, and special offers to customers.

3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

7. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the kids wear industry.

8. Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and any other regional languages as necessary.

9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in Hindi and proficiency in any other regional languages.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to persuade and influence others.

4. Strong customer service orientation.

5. Good organizational and time management skills.

6. Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred but not required.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.
