Administration Assistant

Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Monitor and manage office expenses, including ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, Manage office Filing system, Assisting recruitment process etc.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum1 year of experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Ready to Relocate in Wayanad and to join as soon as possible.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
