**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as an Executive Assistant for the Managing Director and the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

2. Manage executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and make travel arrangements. Handle confidential and sensitive information discretely.

3. Prepare MIS reports, presentations, handle all billing and invoicing needs. Maintain a well-organized filing system - both physical and digital.

5. She will be required to travel domestic/international along with the MD to meet business associates and for business development purposes.

6. Must always ensure that her attire is impeccable and presentable, reflecting a professional demeanour in all her engagements.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an attractive and friendly demeanour, presenting a professional image at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, Commission, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
