**Job Role Description**

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

**The team you'll be part of**

You will part of NI HWSD handling customer delivery & relationship for Critical customers like VIL/TATA/Google/Apple etc.

**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
- Understand customers' needs, preferences, and goals to provide personalized assistance and recommendations.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer database.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to better serve customers.
- Knowledge SAP and SAP based tools.
