Prime Responsibility: Building lasting relationship with customer/patient **Welcome the customer properly ** Use correct gestures (Namaste) and words (prefer local language) **Briefly touch upon our quality and cost benefits - especially for 1st time visitors ** Find out for what test they have come for and set expectation, based on the tests that the customer wants to take **Upsell MedPlus health packages **Job Role: Explain the timelines of tests. **Reporting processes for lab samples ** Reporting process for radiology samples **Ask them to sit down and inform that the receptionist will call them in serial wise manner ** Give them our packages / brochures to go through, while waiting for their turn to get billing done **Help customers in selecting packages for different tests and explains them about precautions and timings ** Guide the customer for the required services and ensure their comfort in all the processes. **Q-Line Management, managing token system for comfort of customers at billing counters ** Keep an eye on timely reporting and follow-up regularly with departments on any backlogs **Encourage patient to give feedback**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
