Job Title: Bidder - IT Sales
Location: Palinfocom Technologies Mohali.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Hybrid Shift

Job Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Identify, create, and manage proposals for IT projects, including web development and full-stack development.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
- Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle from bid preparation to final negotiation, ensuring a high success rate in winning projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize knowledge of PHP, web development, and full-stack development to accurately scope and bid on
projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure the bids are technically sound and meet client expectations.
- Market Research: To strategically position bids, and keep abreast of industry trends and competitors.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to bids, proposals, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can also apply)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, web development, and full-stack development is essential.
**Education**:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT,
- Computer Science,
- Business Administration, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical,
negotiation, and organizational skills.
