Performance Marketer

Job Description:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable results and maximizing return on investment (ROI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across various online channels. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while continuously improving campaign performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and optimization: Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for search engine optimization (SEO) and SEM campaigns. Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and website content to improve organic search rankings and increase click-through rates (CTR).
- Track and analyze campaign performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Use data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements, including ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Collaborate with the creative and web development teams to implement CRO strategies that improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, creative, and product, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies. Provide input on campaign messaging, targeting, and creative development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and optimize marketing campaigns based on industry advancements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and affiliate marketing networks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content and web pages.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies.
- Result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
