**Job Summary**:
The Field Marketing Specialist for a hospital is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the hospital's services, increase patient referrals, and enhance brand awareness. This role involves collaborating with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to drive marketing campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement marketing plans to increase patient referrals and drive revenue growth.

2. Conduct market research to identify target audience, competitors, and market trends.

3. Collaborate with hospital departments to understand their marketing needs and create customized marketing strategies.

4. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print materials, events, and promotions.

5. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. Coordinate with external partners, such as healthcare professionals, community organizations, and vendors, to develop collaborative marketing initiatives.

7. Manage the hospital's social media presence and engage with the online community.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.

9. Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

10. Track and report on marketing activities, including ROI, lead generation, and campaign performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.

2. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Ability to analyse market data and trends to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

6. Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

7. Attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

9. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
