SRV Hospitals was conceived in 2015 to bridge the gap between healthcare in the West and East by providing the finest and most contemporary technology in healthcare, state of the art infrastructure and personalized care even at mid-sized healthcare setups.
Our highly advanced tertiary care healthcare setups enable people to avail world-class healthcare services right where they live. Over the past few years, the SRV Hospitals has been extending excellence in healthcare with its 5 state-of-the-art tertiary care hospitals in Mumbai, Bangalore and Nashik.
- Responsible to increase the revenue from the Territories by driving the Territory of the hospital to increase the output from the team.
- Ensuring increased interface with the referral doctors.
- Be the champion of organization in the territories and responsible for driving acquisitions, tie-ups, doctor engagement, activities, Retail and institutional activities in the region.
- Ensuring the team works in synergy with the product manager & brand manager & executes the product strategy in the assigned territory and reports the execution.
- Identifies opportunities for direct to customer activities through KOLs, community leaders, various institution, clubs, associations, schools etc. and work in synergy with the DTC team to execute the same.
- Ensures execution of various brand building activities driven through centre or HO & also identify local branding opportunities in the territories & work in synergy with the brand manager to execute the same.
- Responsible to provide timely & correct information as well as feedback (market intelligence) from the market for all the segments to help design the right product and to devise sales/marketing strategies.
- Ensures targets for product wise mix of both OPD and IPD numbers and revenues are met.
- Creates effective communication tools for the team in synergy with the brand manager to create better interaction and engagement with the referral doctors.
- Works closely with product specialists to initiate and develop relationships between internal and external doctors.
- Empanelment’s of consultant in assigned territory.
- Reports and records the daily sales and marketing efforts to the management.
- Develop good communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure accurate information is conveyed to other members of the team.
- To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies through continuous learning.
- Manage and resolve conflicts
- To ensure optimum manpower ratio and optimum manpower utilization
Manage team and control attrition levels
.**Qualification**:
Bachelors and Masters in any stream.
**Total Experience**: Minimum 5-12 years
