**Key Responsibilities**
- **Insurance Product Integration**:

- Provide support to financial advisors, insurance agents, and clients on the integration of insurance products with mutual funds.
- Assist with the design and implementation of insurance-linked mutual fund offerings, such as variable life insurance (VLI) or indexed universal life (IUL) policies.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure that insurance offerings align with mutual fund investment strategies.
- **Client Support**:

- Handle client inquiries related to insurance policies linked to mutual funds.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claim inquiries, and resolve issues related to the insurance products within mutual fund portfolios.
- Provide guidance on insurance premiums, coverage options, and the impact of mutual fund performance on policy values.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Support**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and mutual fund investment rules.
- Prepare documentation and reports for audits, regulatory filings, and internal controls to ensure that insurance practices related to mutual funds remain in line with legal standards.
- **Investment Reporting**:

- Support the preparation of periodic investment reports for insurance products within mutual funds.
- Help generate performance reports, including analysis of mutual fund returns, insurance product growth, and any relevant market trends.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Process transactions related to insurance and mutual fund interactions (e.g., premium payments, claims processing, policy changes).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transaction history, and insurance-related data.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client files.
- **Training and Knowledge Management**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes regarding insurance and mutual funds.
- Support the creation of training materials and participate in educating internal teams on insurance and mutual fund products.
- Assist in developing customer-facing FAQs and other documentation.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the insurance or mutual fund industries (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of insurance products, such as life insurance, annuities, and their relationship with mutual funds.
- Familiarity with investment and financial markets, particularly mutual funds and insurance products.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance and investment sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
