Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Freelancer Insurance Agent with 1-3 years of experience in the insurance or DSA field. This role offers unlimited earning potential for a go-getter who can drive sales and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and understand clients' insurance needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Advise clients on a variety of insurance products, including life, health, and investment-linked plans.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and fair settlements.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in the insurance industry.
  • Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
