We at Yapsody India are seeking skilled and motivated **Customer Service Executive **to join our growing team and contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a **Customer Service Executive **(Voice & Web), you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers via both voice and web channels. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive interaction with our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Client Account calls
- Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Research required information using available resources
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource

**Experience & Skill Requirement**
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
- Effective written & verbal communication in English
- Willing to work 24 x 7 Rotating Shift with 2-day week off

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
