We are currently seeking a COO to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**COO Job Posting - Location India**

Responsible for facilitating the management of internal operations and activities to support Cloud/Infra/Platforms in successfully achieving financial and operational goals and objectives.
- The primary role is to align with Practice leaders to understand their key goals, quantify the goals, convert the quantified goals into month-over-month milestones, and track progress against the milestones. For example, if a leader is required to reduce cost as a percentage of revenue, the COO will work with the leader to define a month-by-month target for COGS (labor/nonlabor), plans to achieve the MoM goals; track and report progress against those goals.
- Look for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
- Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the org's efficiency.
- Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the org.
- Leads activities for better management reporting, information flow, cost management, forecasting, business process and/or organizational planning.
- Leads special projects as requested.

**Required Experience & Education**:

- 15+ years of relevant work experience
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience working with global, diverse cultural teams
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
