Reservation Agent

ob Description
1) Responsible for inbound and outbound calls and assisting guests with their queries and making bookings.
2) Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for amendment queries, cancellation, booking status, and Refunds.
3) Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with our frequent
bookers/guests.
4) Responsible for identifying guests' needs and suggesting suitable options if the requested restaurant is full.
5) Need to be a quick learner around the SOP and be able to use different troubleshooting techniques.
6) Need to be proficient in English & Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
7) Need to have exemplary customer service skills with an ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
8) Responsible for working closely with internal teams and departments to resolve guest issues.
9) Update reports on a daily basis for the team leader/manager
Additional Skills
1) Qualification: 12th Pass and above
2) 1 year + of experience in Customer Service.
3) Basic Knowledge of Microsoft 365
4) Confident individuals to make decisions as per situation without violating company policies and producers.
5) Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
