**Job Description: Hospital Front Office Executive**
**Position Overview**: A Hospital Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring seamless administrative support and excellent customer service. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized and welcoming hospital environment while coordinating communication between patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception and Patient Assistance**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, and schedules.
- **Appointment Scheduling and Management**:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using hospital management systems.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars for doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- **Patient Registration and Documentation**:
- Assist patients in completing registration forms and verify their personal and medical details.
- Collect and update necessary documentation, including ID proofs, insurance details, and medical histories.
- **Billing and Payments**:
- Generate bills and provide payment receipts for services rendered.
- Handle cash, card, and online transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, routing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Communicate patient needs or queries to the relevant medical or administrative team.
- **Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with hospital policies and legal standards.
- Organize and update patient files, both electronic and physical.
- **Support to Hospital Operations**:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services.
- **Crisis Management**:
- Manage patient inquiries, complaints, or emergencies effectively and escalate issues as required.
- Provide guidance during hospital safety drills or emergencies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office roles, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
