**Job Title: Customer Support**

**Required Qualification / Skills**:

- Graduate / PG.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should be able to handle all kinds of students and working professional queries.
- Able to work on targets and drive sales passionately.
- Confident, soft spoken and pleasing personality.
- Problem solving ability and highly positive attitude.
- Good listener especially when it comes to student interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to handle inbound & outbound calls as per the leads provided.
- Ensure all inquiries are well counselled and educated about Organization examinations.
- Provide all information about the Institute positively and with the right passion so the inquiring leads are confident about the programme.
- Handling admission enquiries at the institute (Interact with prospective clients, students, working professionals; explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structures etc. Ensure all admission documentation is completed effectively).
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information to students, professional in regards to the Organization curriculum.
- Prepare MIS in respect to the calls made and feedback on the same.
- Follow up with students as per the deadline date for enrolment.
- Guide the student with proper fees structure and admission procedures.
- Learn to multitask and prioritize the tasks in hand and meet targets as set by the Head of department.
- Handle the CRM software.
- Ensure complete transparency in conversions and numbers.
- Maintain full confidentiality of the student and client data and information in line with the GDPR regulations and data protection laws.
- Ensure full knowledge about all courses in order to provide the information to students and working professional.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
