**Job Title: Growth Strategist**

Our company is one of the leading and earliest names in the Indian D2C community.

Our ads have ~70% better CTRs than other ads. No wonder, 2-3 brands cross the mark of 1L a day every month at the company.

Location - Gurgaon

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective growth strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and pain points, and provide them with tailored growth solutions.
- Utilize your analytical skills to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) industry, leveraging these platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Possess experience with video shooting and creation to produce engaging visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Combine your writing skills with data insights to craft compelling and persuasive messages for various marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A knack for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in the D2C landscape.
- Experience with video shooting and content creation is a plus.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and methodologies will be an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
