**Salary**: UP TO 25K
Location: Sec 68, Faridabad
**Note: With Excellent Communication**
**Responsibilities**:
- _Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants_
- _Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each event_
- _Plan convention center events_
- _Create budgets for events and allocate funds accordingly_
- _Take reservations for booths and speaking engagements_
- _Process end-of-day reports_
- _Process and file invoices from vendors_
- _Inspect public areas prior to events and direct the custodial staff_
- _Promote brand image and awareness through social media_
- _Form contacts with local media outlets, both online and off_
- _Answer potential clients’ questions about facility and amenities_
- _Maintain and evaluate audiovisual equipment_
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
