- **Job Summary**:
- Looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake day-to-day office activity and its tasks. As a Coordinator, you are responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of projects and events. You need to perform general administrative tasks, creates processes that drive effectiveness, guides and motivates personnel, and coordinates communication between departments.
- **Qualifications**:
- ? Any Graduate (Preferably Female)
- ? An organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.
- ? Comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- ? Comfortable to dealing with projects and events.
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:
- ? Schedule and document appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Index, code, sort, file, retrieve and maintain office/corporation documents, records, and reports.
- ? Organize and coordinate between team, vendor & stakeholders, take follow up.? Performing basic administrative duties (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.).
- ? Comfortable dealing with people & vendor and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- ? Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- ? Assist stakeholders when they arrive at the office, in seminars or in conference.
- ? Assists with organizing events when necessary.
