**Profile: Back Office Coordinator**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Follow reporting procedures defined by your immediate manager
- Check Service books filled by service person at customer site.
- Call customers for feedback and maintain proper records.
- Prepare and Maintain data of reports
- Check stocks time to time and maintain accuracy.
- Generate new AMC and follow up with existing client.
- Maintain files of each important documents.
- Ensure the adequacy of service-related equipment or material and follow up with store
- Pre and post-service support to team.
- Handle the processing of all spare orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Payment follow-ups.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Prepare & maintain service Teams progress report.
- Works closely with service management to ensure customers are provided highest level of service and field personnel have the information to be successful
- Coordinate with teams and with all parties throughout the process until satisfactory results have been achieved in cost effective manner
- Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 Year
- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,
- Strong Customer-Facing Skills,
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication,
- Self-Motivated,
- Creative Problem-Solving,
- Degree or Diploma
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
