TIME OFFICE Administrator (HR Department) -
1. Attendance Management

Collect Employment Application from Field Supervisors and Data Entry Operator for creating employee ID.

Monitoring Bio Matric Installation and employee name registration.

Registering Finger Print of New Joinees and ensure the system creates ID.

Once Registration completes, the employee has to punch his finger print while reporting for duty and also at the closing of duty hours.

Ensure with field Supervisors / Managers that Biometric attendance conforms to the field presence.

By monitoring the Data, identify late comers and inform Management for corrective action.

Maintain Service Files of the employees.

2. Pay Roll

For each and every employee create Salary Master : Feed Details of salary components and Statutory Deductions.

Based on the Biometric attendance prepare monthly wage sheet.

Ensure Overtime Wages are calculated as per Timings recorded in Bio-Metric system.

Ensure National / Festival Holiday wages are included in the Pay Sheet.

Co-ordinate with Field Supervisors and Issue wage slip to every employee.

Prepare Annual Bonus Paysheet as per the agreed terms and submit HR-HOD for verification.

Pay Roll for Private Companies:
Collect attendance details from Field Supervisor.

Prepare wage sheet as per the details received and submit to HR-HOD for verification

Follow up with Accounts Department, to ensure salaries are paid to each company as per individual company’s schedule date.

3. Leave Register

Maintain Leave Register for each year.

For each employee record their details of leave availed in the leave register.

Ensure that no employee avails more than the eligible leave.

If any employee avail more than eligible leaves, bring to the notice of management - for marking loss of pay or special consideration.

4. Shift Register

Wherever, the employees needs to work on Shifts, ensure that the employee attends duty in the allotted shift only.

Shift change should not be allowed without prior approval.

If, frequent shift change is requested by any particular employee, inform Management for corrective action.

Ensure 100% attendance in each shift, if there is any unprecedented absenteeism, to fill the absenteeism, ask previous shift workers to continue.

5. Purchase Related Activities

Co-ordinate with HR - Head for purchase of Uniforms, PPEs and other Stationery items.

Follow up with suppliers, including Cloud Bills that the ordered quantity are delivered on time.

Check the material supplied is as per Specification given in Purchase Order.

If deviation is found inform the supplier for rectification and also inform to HR-Head for further action.

Periodically verify stock position and intimate higher ups for purchase of critical items.

6. Sourcing of Manpower

Source manpower through online Portals, Social Media networks.

Schedule interview in confirmation with HR - Head.

7. Support Service

On Emergency

Support Statutory Desk for Generation of ESI and PF Numbers.

Fill nomination forms for ESI & PF.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
