**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify further sales opportunities.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company's products/services and market trends to effectively present and sell to customers.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management on progress.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and terms.
- **Market Research**:
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience preferred from the Mattress Industry.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies.
**Work Environment**:
- Work From Office.
**Compensation**:
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
