Provide counseling and guidance to potential students about our coaching programs, helping them make informed decisions about their career path in the banking sector.
Collaborate with our coaching faculty to understand the unique selling points of our programs and effectively communicate the benefits to prospective students.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to enroll students in our coaching programs.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other partners to promote our coaching services and establish referral networks.
Stay updated on industry trends, banking exam patterns, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to student enrollments and business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops to represent the institute and expand our student network.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree interest in counseling & sales..
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand student needs and offer personalized coaching solutions.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding enrollment targets.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
