Job Description: Customer Care Executive (English, Hindi, & Arabic)
Position Title: Customer Care Executive
Languages Required: English, Hindi, and Arabic (Written & Spoken)
Location: [Noida Sec-63]
Employment Type: [Full-time Preferably Female]
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
2. Multilingual Communication:
Communicate fluently and effectively in English, Hindi, and Arabic to assist customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Translate written materials or responses as required to meet customer needs.
3. Problem Resolution:
Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.
Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
5. Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare and maintain logs of customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring customer concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
**Experience**:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with customer support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
A team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
