Designation: Sales Coordinator /Office Coordinator
Total experience: 1-3 years
**Salary**: 1.8-2.5 Lacs per annum (CTC)
Functional Area: In-office sales conversion with clients and creating documentation related to sales activities
Education: Preferably commerce or science background
Gender: Preferably girls
Soft Skills: Effective communication skills - both English & Hindi, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic, Flexible working and Handling high pressure working situations
Level of spoken English: Intermediate
Computer skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, Excel sheets
Job description:
Selling company products to customers sending enquiries
Creating and mailing quotations, proforma invoices, company introduction, etc.
Maintaining and updating Lead management system
Sales follow ups with potential leads
Cold calling on new customer databases
Coordinating other sales related tasks of the company as per requirement
**Requirements**:
Good spoken and written English
Technically strong and adaptable to new technologies
Willing to learn and grow along with the organisation
Confident in conversations
Good organisational skills
Self disciplined
Stability for working on goals for long duration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-22 per week
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
