**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Managing Travel Desk and transportation. Basic knowledge of flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, etc.
2. Vendor Management and Coordination.
3. Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
4. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed
5. Preparing & maintaining Time Sheets
6. Deliver and pick up a business-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area.
7. Coordinating & looking after events and being hands-on with all administrative duties.
8. Welcome and attend to the visitors, preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
9. Timely blocking of conference or meeting rooms as per schedule.
10. Monitor and respond to all necessary complaints delegated from the Management.
11. Observing best business practices and etiquette.

1. Graduate is a preferable or relevant discipline.
2. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Administration at the Corporate level.
3. Fluent in English communication (Written & Verbal).
4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
5. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
