Event Intern - Female
Event Internship Responsibilities
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to showcase services and personnel for sales presentations.
- Develop marketing materials, collect data, and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
- Retrieve qualified leads through search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage RSVP lists, checked-in attendees at events, and insure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Schedule events, and edit website using InDesign.
- Compose and schedule social media Insta/FB posts.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to maximize ROI.
- Launch highly successful programs and events that drive profitable ROI and new account acquisition.
- Develop and maintain Facebook page to spread recognition and share event information.
- Maintain communication with staff to ensure events are advertise on Facebook and other digital media.
Skill(s) required
- MS-Office MS-Word MS-PowerPoint MS-Excel
- Background of Event & Hospitality
