Job Description: Sales Executive - B2B Sales

Position Overview: We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the B2B EdTech sector to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct engagement with schools, including visits, networking with key decision-makers such as school owners and principals, pitching our educational products, giving demonstrations, and training teachers on how to effectively use our technology in their curriculum.

**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:

- School Engagement: Regularly visit schools to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including principals, school owners, and administrative staff.
- Sales Pitch and Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and give compelling demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Actively network in the educational community to expand our reach and build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Teacher Training: Conduct training sessions for teachers and school staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our products effectively in their teaching processes.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from customers to the product development team to help enhance product offerings.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the EdTech sector and the evolving needs of educational institutions to better serve our clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the sales territory, using a CRM system to track and report progress.

Position Summary & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 0-1 years in a sales role, specifically in the B2B EdTech market.
- Strong understanding of the educational sector and technology integration in schools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in directly dealing with school decision-makers like principals and owners.
- Training or teaching experience, particularly in using technology-based educational tools.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and sales opportunities.
