**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives in assigned territories.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our medical products and services. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to adjust sales strategies and approach.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of different types of audiences.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Ensure that all contractual agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the medical device, preferably in IVD market with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred, having MBA Degree is added advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of medical products and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills.
