**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Printing Packaging
**Location**: Okhla, Delhi
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing packaging market.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide market feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the printing packaging industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
**Compensation**: 25000 to 35000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
