Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to identify and target potential customers within the ERP, SaaS, CRM, and HRMS markets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceed customer expectations.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives and policies.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements related to ERP, SaaS, CRM, and HRMS solutions.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in IT sales, specifically in selling ERP, SaaS, CRM, or HRMS solutions.

Deep understanding of the IT industry, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with a customer-centric mindset.

Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
