Responsibilities:

- Zoho People, LMS and Projects Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho, responsible for system setup, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Workflow and Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient workflows within Zoho modules to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Zoho system, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data import/export processes.
- Customization and Development: Customize Zoho modules to align with business requirements, including creating custom fields, modules, and reports. Develop and implement automation solutions using Zoho's built-in features, such as workflow rules, macros, and scripts.
- User Training and Support: Provide training to users on Zoho functionalities, best practices, and new features. Offer ongoing support to resolve user queries and troubleshoot system issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and dashboards within Zoho LMS and

Projects to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements in Zoho, industry trends, and best practices to leverage the CRM system's full potential.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Zoho Administrator or Zoho Projects Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho People and Projects functionalities, modules, and customization options.
- Proficient in workflow design and process optimization within Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, lead management, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with data management, data analysis, and reporting within Zoho CRM.
- Ability to customize and develop Zoho using its built-in tools, including workflow rules.
- Familiarity with Zoho integrations and data synchronization processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train users and provide support.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Administrator or Zoho Certified Developer.
- Knowledge of other project management systems and their integration with Zoho Projects.
